  • All artwork is copyrighted by the artist. Unless otherwise agreed to, copyrights are not transferred at the point of sale.

  • All original artwork and reproduction prints come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

  • Frescoes are created on interior wood frames (approximately 1.5 inches deep), with the fresco finish wrapped around. They are designed to hang or display unframed.

  • Paintings are sold unframed unless otherwise indicated.

  • Drawings are sold professionally matted and delivered unframed unless otherwise indicated.

  • Reproduction and Giclee prints may be flat and professionally matted, or gallery wrapped per client specification. Flat prints are professionally matted and delivered unframed. Gallery wrapped prints are finished around the frame sides, designed to hang or display unframed.


Payment Policy


Pay securely with any major credit card or bank card through PayPal.


I use the secure server site PayPal, which accepts credit cards and e-checks. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use your credit card or bank account. When you click the "Buy Now" button you will be taken to If you do not have a PayPal account, select that option ("I do not have a PayPal account"), then click "Continue" and follow the instructions.


Shipping Policy


FREE SHIPPING in the Continental U.S. All items will ship the next business day after payment is confirmed. Contact me for additional charges for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. I take great care to package all artwork for protection during shipping.


Refund Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. All return artwork must be shipped back within seven days of receipt, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Upon receipt in good condition, I will issue your refund immediately. Artwork returned after the seven day approval period or in poor condition will not be refundable.

If an item shipped to you arrives damaged, please save all original packaging, take photos, and contact me to file a claim. You may be asked for a notarized statement from the carrier in order to process your claim.


PLEASE NOTE: Any artwork returned as non-deliverable or refused by the purchaser will be placed in storage for seven days while I try to contact you to make other shipping arrangements. Purchaser is solely responsible for all second attempt shipping charges, so please be sure the address provided is complete, accurate, and current. In the event that I do not hear from you within seven days with updated shipping arrangements you will be issued a refund less shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee. (Restocking fee applies to undeliverable/refused artwork only).

Commission Process

  • When you Contact me about a commission project, we'll discuss your interests and budget and arrive at a commission price.

  • You’ll provide photo(s), if the subject is a Pet Portrait or other subject of your choosing.

  • I'll send you working study sketches for the proposed artwork.

  • After you've chosen a sketch as the basis for the finished piece, your commission is added to my calendar and you’ll be given an estimated delivery date.

  • When I'm ready to begin the final artwork, I'll ask for a 50% deposit via PayPal.

  • Once the work is complete, you'll receive a scan of the final piece for approval

  • Upon approval, the balance of the commission is due via PayPal.

  • When payment is confirmed, I’ll pack your artwork for secure shipping, and provide shipment tracking information.
